Heysha Rodriguez is a seasoned strategist, operational systems expert, and leadership developer with over 15 years of hands-on experience transforming how organizations work. Backed by a Master’s degree in Educational Psychology, she blends behavioral insight with business acumen to help companies streamline systems, empower teams, and grow with clarity and intention.
Heysha’s career began in fast-paced, client-facing roles where she led high-performing sales teams, expanded regional business locations, and built strong customer service strategies that drove revenue growth. That early foundation in sales sharpened her ability to understand client needs, build scalable solutions, and drive meaningful results, skills that continue to anchor her approach today.
